“Fabulous!”

I don't know why this property has got bad reviews! We stayed here as a group of nine family members, two married couples, two single ladies, mother and sister with boyfriend. We found the service to be outstanding, we were welcomed like friends and always greeted with a smile and a hello! The toilet seat was broken in our room (by me - oops!) but by the time we got back from our day out it was fixed. The rooms were gorgeous having been renovated and the bathroom was amazing. Our view was onto a little courtyard which was filled with the remnents of the renovations but didn't bother us as we were out all day and they were in process of clearing it anyway. There was no street noise at night even though there was a busy restaurant right next to the hotel and the Trevi fountain was only 50m away!

Room Tip: Any room is good!

The worst hotel to stay in Rome !!!we just got back from Rome ,staying in this hotel was so bad ,no wi-fi ,no hot water, and a lot of noise from the street and restaurant although we were placed in the best interior superior room they have.although they promise to fix the problems we mentioned above nothing have done.

Room Tip: Don't chose it from the beginning !stay away as u can !

“Great place to stay!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 September 2011

My husband and I visited Rome in July-August 2010 as part of our multi-city Italian vacation. Rome was the last city on our destination - and am glad we decided to stay at the Trevi B&B. It was indeed the best room we had on our vacation (Had the right room size, modern amenities, right sized bathroom, lovely decor). The location of the B&B is unbeatable - a sligth walk from the closest train station but once you check in, you can't get over the magnificence of the Trevi fountain on your door step. While some nook and corner of the B&B may have a view of the fountain, its not really visible - and not something you should be expecting - but the fountain is actually less than a 2 min walk from the B&B. The surrounding areas are therefore also very touristy - filled with restaurants, gelatarias and street vendors. Yes, the B&B wasn;t cheap and was defintely not budget accomodation - but we did not miss the feel of the hotel - The family that owns the B&B also runs a very nice restaurant open to public on the square where the B&B is located - so you don't need to go far for some great food. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

“Best Location But Overly Priced”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 September 2011

Lucky we arrived with a taxi otherwise I don`t think we would have found it on foot. It is tucked away in a corner.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and showed us our room which was very clean, tidy and very comfortable. We did have problems with the hot water service and the constant noise at night when they were emptying the bottles into the bins it was very annoying as we were trying to sleep!!!
Breakfast was not like the photos on their site too many cakes but it was okay.
Position was perfect as were able to walk to minutes to the hop on and hop off bus and Trevi Fountain and main tourist attractions. One day we walked nine hours around Rome and came back to a very comfortable bed that I even fell asleep while txting to my children back home in Australia.
I would like to stay again but it is a little expensive.

Room Tip: Get a room away from the bins
