Had an overnight stay with two friends. Very good location between Termini and the Trevi Fountain so within walking distance of central area and 10 mins amble from airport bus. Also near Metro and town buses.
The room was beautifully decorated with well appointed shower room with powerful, hot shower! Very comfortable - air conditioning and flat screen TV.
Breakfast was basic continental. Corn flakes, nice yoghourts, cold croissants, biscuits.
Staff eager to please.
Room for improvement: no shampoo or shower gel. No hairdryer in room. We asked for one which had to be returned early the next morning! No tea and coffee facilities in room although there was room service. CCTV in hallway a little off-putting - smile, you are on Big Brother! But overall, very good value for money.

I stayed in this B&B for two nights in a double room. The B&B is located quite near Piazza Republica and Bernini in an apartment building. I would say that location is quite good for sightseeing. It is not that far from Termini trainstation walkable if bags have wheels... Breakfast was basic, some yoghurt, croissant, fruits and cakes. Room was comfortable and really nice decorated, bathroom large and shower cabin really large and nice. Flat screen tv with cable tv and a very comfortable bed. I payed 85 Euro for a double room single occupancy which i would say is good value. Hotels in Rome are usually very expensive and most of them not as nice as this B&B. Room was clean and quiet, good AC, Etro toilettries. I would recommend friends to stay here rather than an expensive poor hotel.
