Excellent B&B!
I booked a double room for a four days trip in
Rome with my girlfriend. Location was wonderful, in the eastern part of the
centre, near Colosseo, very well connected to the rest: bus&tram stops in front of the
building, Metro 5 minutes away.
The room was quite and tidy, kitchen and bathroom new and perfectly cleaned.
Owners are friendly and nice.
No wi-fi.

Spent there 5 fantastic days with my wife! We had a delicious large double room with private facilities, all perfectly cleaned and smartly furnished. Centrally located, in front of S.Croce Basilica, with great connections (bus and metro) to all main sights. Very nice breakfast, large kitchen and living room. Private TV. No private parking. The landlady is amazing and we had our complete privacy. I would absolutely suggest this b&b to everyone!

Great B&B -- would consider staying again. Main downsides -- a bit of a walk from the metro (10 to 15 min), noisy from street below, no a/c, away from central area / main sights, toiletries didn't smell very nice, a bit difficult to find. Big pluses -- owners were very helpful, genial, welcomed us on arrival with cold glasses of juice and helpful recommendations. Basically like having a home away from home -- full (unlimited) use of 'living room'/lobby and kitchen, which was well stocked with snacks and continental breakfast items, and great for dining/cooking in. Rooms very spacious for european rooms, beautifully (recently) decorated, wood floors. On fifth floor but building has elevator. Good services in area -- cafe, take-out with great food, grocery shop, and sit-down restaurant with great bruschetta. We bought groceries and cooked a pasta meal --one of the best (cheapest!) we had in Rome. Public park a block away was nice for walking in evening hours.

An exellent b&b and host who cares about everything (even kinder surprises for our kids!).
Superb position, close to all major highlights and public transports.
We got 2 delicious double room with private bath for 75 per night per room. A nice breakfast was included.
It was worth it.
