We had a difficulty in finding it (cause there was no sign and it is in the 1st floor of a building in Via Rasella). Cheap accomodation, clean rooms, relatively quiet, 5' minute walking from Fontana di Trevi! Good hotel for a 3day trip to Rome!!

My husband and I stayed at this hidden gem in November 2010. The hotel is quite difficult to find as doorway with tanoy only (no obvious signs). The room was on the small side but has all you need for a great trip. Lovely and clean too.
The greatest part of this hotel is the location, all the major attractions are within walking distance. Trevi fountain is only 5-7 mins walk. I would certainly stay here again as we have fell in love with Rome.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. We stayed in two rooms, one on the same floor as the breakfast room which was reasonable size, a small bathroom but comfortable and clean. We then moved to a room on the next floor (the owner gave us the option if we wished to have a quieter room when it came available) although we never found it loud we moved rooms anyway. It was much bigger and newly renovated! A pleasant suprise!

The breakfasts were great! The best Danishes and croissants on our whole trip! Fresh every morning! The coffee is also delicious!

We would definitly stay here again. We never used the train to get around as you can walk everywhere. We felt very safe.

We spent 6 days at Rersidenza Ki and loved it. It is the perfect location (we walked everywhere -Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vatican) and Diogo at the desk is the perfect host - friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the delightful Palmira makes fantastic coffee. The rooms are not fancy but they are clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom spacious. As long as you don't mind walking up flights of steps it is a great value.
