At the beginning I was very worried about the cleanness of the place; in fact I made my reservation for only one night so I could see if the place was comfortable and clean. When I arrived, I totally decide to extend my reservation for 3 days, it´s much more than what you expect.
The place is very safe, clean, and lovely decorated. There is a computer and printer available 24 hrs. I have to admit that the location is the best, but it´s really easy to move by metro and it´s only one station far from Termini. I totally recommend this place!

We travelled around European capital cities to watch the World Cup and had a great time in Rome with Yvonne and Alfred providing great accomodation and excellent service/advice. We would definitely recommend to other visitors.

Wonderful place,full of character and charm. The owner is delightful and could not have been more helpful: only sorry we could not have got to know him better! The room was very clean and well decorated with en suite bathroom. It was useful having a kitchen area to make food and the staff were always keen to provide with crockery etc

A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. The owner, Alfred, is most accommodating and helpful. Guest amenities are a computer in the entrance for sending emails, DVDs, books, and a shared kitchen all of which make the stay even more comfortable.
