“Great Italian B and B”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 January 2012

Booked this accomodation since the reviews are very good, well I wasn't disappointed the rooms are clean and had that Italian feel, the ceiling are very high and the room was just lovely. Staff was very helpful and friendly, bus stop is about 5-10 walk which is fine. The area is quiet so rest assure you can have a good sleep after a tiring day in rome...

“Good value B & B”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 November 2011

We booked this B & B as the revues on tripadvisor were so good. The good things are first the price in a VERY expensive city, the location isn't too bad as we found some bus routes nearby.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, although the lady who looked after us, making breakfast which is done in reception and served on a tray in your room, and cleans the rooms, does not speak english. Luckily I speak some italian, but make sure you have your phrase book with you, a lot of italians don't speak another language. The manager who checked us out speaks fluent english and kindly checked us in on- line and printed out our boarding cards. Our room, 3, of 5 was quiet at the back. The room is not a bad size as is modern bathroom. Only negatives were curtains unlined so bring an eye mask, I had a tall cupboard beside my bed instead of a table which had a spare bed inside for another bigger room, so I think it unfair it is stored in that room. Also their leaflet shows boiled eggs for breakfast which we never had, although the toast and mini croissants, jam and yoghurt were very nice as was the coffee, but no tea offered. I am being honest with these things but really they are not very important and we would recommend this B & B to all. One more thing, when you arrive there may not be anyone there, so you phone the number on the plaque on the wall, and someone will come.

Room Tip: Room at back quieter but not the biggest

“Most Comfortable Beds in the World !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 July 2011

This lovely bed & breakfast is sheer comfort ! The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. After a long flight from the U.S., we were so glad to have a soft, quiet place to lay our heads. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. We even had the luxury of a ride from the airport to our b&b...with a surprise stop at the Trevi Fountain. The location is within a few blocks of the beautiful Borghese Museum/gardens. A few minutes walk to many bus stops. Our room was a moderate size, but extremely clean and quiet. It was refreshing to have a continental breakfast before starting our day. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated all the special advice we were given as first time travelers to Rome. Would most definitely stay at Domus Pinciana again, and recommend it to everyone.

“Great experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 July 2011

Overall we just loved this place. The only negative thing was that when we arrived at 11:30 pm the gate was locked and no one answered when we called, so we had to call the telephone number. After that the guy with the keys arrived in some 5 minutes. He tried to apologize and explain but since it was in Italian we did not understand much. Apart from that everything else was great. It's a lovely quiet place in a quiet street right in the center. The room was spacious enough, clean and with all the conveniences we needed, including an air conditioner and hair dryer. Elena the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was quite nice too. We even had WiFi available for free. Water in the fridge was also a nice bonus. If we were to come back to Rome we would definitely stay there again!

“It is a sweet home”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 November 2009

This B&B is so nice and comfortable, it was my first time to Rome.
So far I've been to Rome for more than 3 times, I always always try to book this B&B. But it's always fully booked.
If you schedule your trip in advance, try this one, it is really so nice!
