Stayed at this B&B with my sister for 2 nights in Rome (we are both in our early 20s). Decent location - maybe 10 minute walk from Cipro metro station (but slightly up hill!). Very simple room (basically no more than a bed and a TV) with A/C - had shared bathroom and breakfast area.
We had a very pleasant stay here though. We were only looking for a place to sleep and it was quite perfect. The bed was very firm and slightly uncomfortable for me personally, but that is my only complaint. The room itself, as well as the bathroom and common areas were all very clean.
Breakfast in the morning was very nice - coffee/tea/juice/milk/water, biscuits/pastries, fruit cocktail, fresh croissants. Very kind woman who manages the place does not speak any English (only Italian), but we were still able to understand everything she had explained to us upon arrival through body language & gestures (our use of Spanish helped a little too!) We had to leave quite early on our last morning to catch a train and she still made sure to have breakfast waiting for us before our departure.
Overall a very nice & well priced place to stay in Rome if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep at night! Would definitely stay there again.
