Our extended family group statyed at this B&B for two days in rome.
The breakfast was very nice, fresh Rolls and Croissant, yogurt, and some canned fruit, Juice and lots of strong coffey.
Everything was clean, on our stay we had all three rooms that were being rented, so we had the whole place, one room had a private bath, the other two rooms shaired a bath with the owner. The beds where very firm, which suited me well.
The woman that ran the place, did not speak english and we didn't speek italian, however we were able to hash things out well enough.
It was about a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, walking at a decent clip.
One key thing, the street it was on was very small, the 9 passenger van we hired to take us there would not go up, not a big deal for us as our luggage all had wheels, and it was perhaps 30 yards to the gate in any case. The driver also had trouble finding the street and had to make a couple passes before he saw it, as its a small side street.
