They gave us a a huge and nice double. Damiano explained us very well where to go and what to do. the kitchen facilities are great, as you can just help yourself with the breakfast and you could even cook if you wanted to. the place is right in the centre, a 5 minutes walk from the colosseum and all in all we had a fantastic stay. i would recommend this bed and breakfast to everyone who is looking for a cozy and quiet place in rome which is not expensive at all.

really reccomend this place to anyone. Good location, very clean and owners wonderful!!! 5 minutes walking to the colosseum and 2 minutes away to the metro stop San Giovanni. Kitchen at your disposal for cooking.Internet free of charge and wfi in each room. Great owners.

This B&B is located within a traditional apartment complex opposite Basilica Square and Rome's highest obelisk. Rooms are located on the first floor on each end of the building, with the reception on left (Staircase A 4th floor).

Our room was very clean with multiple towels provided and a very comfy queen size bed (advertised as a double bed). The room was cleaned every day. It contained a wardrobe, split airconditioner and wfi connection.

Your room view and the amount of noise depends on where you are placed in the building. We got room #8 which was facing a traditional italian courtyard which is part of the complex and it was dead silent at night apart from the emergency vehicle sirens that pass every so often. Other reviewers here were placed in rooms facing the square which gives you a fantastic view but with street noise that comes with it.

Location - absolutely great, Colosseum is just few min by walk, church San Giovanni in Laterano is oposite, underground is nearby and bus stops are next to the building.

We moved from Basilica Square B&B, which is in same building, but I would not return to this one, as it was overpriced for the quality they offer.

Room - basic new furniture, safe in wardrobe, noisy street overlooking is not a problem, but bed. No possibility to sleep due to bed matress, which is so soft as you can jump not to sleep! Common bathroom for 2 rooms.

Free breakfast in kitchen - sweet italian: coffee, milk, juice, croissants, cornflakes etc..

Free wifi, free use of computer at reception!
