After arriving later than we had originally informed, Joey met us full of smiles at the B&B. Although extremely late he stayed to ensure we were completely settled and comfortable with our accomodation.
The rooms have everything you need for your stay, being perfectly located just a short walk from the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and the fashion district. The rooms were spacious and tastefuly decorated with modern fixtures and furnishings.
Breakfast was really cute served at your prefered time and delivered so you could have breakfast in bed. Although continental, it was enough to see you through the day.
The Tolentino Suites are not a 5* Hotel (although situated in the area of Rome with them) but they are perfect for people staying on a budget. Excellent value for money!!

We had a charming huge room with a separate dining room with table, chairs and sofa . Our suite which featured a fireplace and high, swing out windows that overlooked the inner courtyard. Bathroom was new, shiny red tiles, glass shower door and plenty of hot water! It was an adventure to meander down the cobble-stone road to the big wooden doors with the big key to access! Joey, the manager, was very helpful, unobtrusive, and delivered breakfast to our room at a time we designated. He recommended a restaurant that was close and probably our best meal in Rome, La Scalinata at Via Sant' Andrea delle Fratte, 32. That bottle of Brunello Montalcino was beyond words! We walked to Villa Borghese, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, St. Peter's - it was so convenient! Viva Roma!

So we stayed here on a family vacation with my young son, paid roughly 170 euros a night for 4 nights. Definetly not good value for money, basic rooms, no safety deposit box in room there is one at the front desk but the concierge isnt there all the time so we didnt bother, this meant taking all our stuff out with us all the time.
The concierge is really friendly and helpful but the accomodation doesnt live up to what is advertised, no facilities for making tea or coffee, fridge wasnt cold, no hairdryer in room, just not what you would expect for 170 euros a night. I would not recommend this accomodation and wont be staying there again. Did enjoy Rome though.

We travelled with our 2 small children . Our stay was great. Joey treated us very well. Overall I recommend.
