I spent 5 days with my family in Rome and we chose this B&B strictly because it had triple rooms and because another travel website was highly recommending it. We had a larger room with q king bed and 1 twin, plus our own little yard, where we could enjoy a drink in the evening or a private breakfast. The owners are extremely nice and they have Nespresso in the Lobby area. This made me love them even more.
The room was very clean and quiet and we really had no complaints.
Breakfast was served in a nearby cafe, but it is very limited and one needs to wake up early to get a nice sandwich. Coffee, however, was great.
The hotel is steps away from the Colosseum. We actually only took the subway to go to Vatican and to come back from Piazza della Republica late at night. Everything else was done on foot.
The hotel arranges private transfers from the airport and we were extremely happy with our driver. We were very amused that, when he came to pick us up at the end of our stay, he actually gave us some of the tip we had offered him back, because it was too much. THAT was a first!
Now... reading through other reviews, everybody seems to believe that the hotel was cheap. We paid 160 EUR per night, which translates into roughly $210. Compared to what we pay for a 4* property in the US, this was pricy. Compared to a 4* in Rome, it was very fair :-)
