I stayed at Giusy's place with a friend of mine back in 2008.
First of all, it is in the area of Trastevere (similar to the atmosphere of Rive Gauche in Paris, I would say, if you know Paris a bit). It is a nice area with many restaurants and small shops. The place has 3 rooms in total, two rooms (one with ensuite bathroom, one with a bathroom with a bathtub just outside of the room) for guests and the other for the owner, Giusy. The decoration of the room is nice and simple. There was no TV or internet at the time of my stay, which was in 2008, but did not have any problems with that since I spent most of my time outside. The breakfast in the morning is prepared by Giusy and it was nicer than I expected knowing the standard breakfast you get at Italian B&Bs.
Staying at Giusy's B&B is more like staying over at your friend's apartment rather than staying at B&B. The whole atmosphere of the apartment (living room with sofa, piano, books and cds and the dining area next to the kitchen where you have your breakfast) will make you feel that way.
It was definitely a pleasant stay.
