I stayed in this hotel with a group of 12 people so I ended up staying here as I didn't want to be stranded by myself in another hotel. If I had the option I would've picked another hotel but you get what you pay for with a 1 star hotel.

The room wasn't very clean and glad we were only there for two nights because the breakfast wasn't that great either. The hotel looked like it was going to collapse and the lift was pretty rubbish too.

In total, we had reserved 4 rooms and all of the rooms were the same, not very clean and this hotel definitely needs a refurbishment. We spent most our time out of the hotel anyway. If you're looking for a budget place just to stay for a couple of nights cause you'll be out most of the time then it's ok but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Location and service of the staff was great but the hotel facility was horrible. Hotel is in the 3rd floor of a multi-hotel complex. In the ground floor there's reception area but the lady there is horrible. It was raining so I was waiting for my husband to bring the umbrellas from the room and the lady at the reception insisted I couldnt wait by the door, I had to go up to the 3rd floor by my hotel or stay outside by the street under the rain. She was flat out rude. The hotel room was very small and noisy. The decorations were from the early 80's and to get Internet you had to go to the breakfast area. Breakfast was very limited and you had to cross the breakfast area to get to the rooms. I will NOT be staying here again.

With a family of five, staying in cities is a challenge, this hotel was perfect for us. Lift was always available, air con was not required and breakfast was topped up enough to satisy my three teenagers. It is basic, so if you want anything more than a room and simple facilities, this is not for you. Staff could not be more helpful. Close to main station, Metro and bus routes.

This small hotel takes one portion of one floor in a multi-story building on Via Nazionale not far from Roma Termini. The small elevator to the floor is key controlled, so make sure your party has someone in good physical shape because there are many, many stairs to take to get to the hotel floor. The room was large and overlooked the street below. Don't worry about street noise as the windows are very well-insulated. But, as the room had no air-conditioning (just a portable fan), you'll need that window open in summer months. The service was adequate. The continental breakfast was very good, but in a small, windowless room.
