We just came back from Rome. The Maian B&B was great. We arrived at 11 am and Ana was waiting us... She is Brazilian, she is wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The hotels is extremely Clean...Bit hot in summer time, but we got a fan that helped us to sleep at night lol. Bed is BIG and good, very closed to termini station...Breakfast is good too, we have to do it in the morning, all you need you can find in the cupboard and fridge. Nice Shower. Only thing we missed is Internet and Tv. We had a lovely stay anyway. We recommend it for those who want to stay in a quite hotel, only 3 bedroom, very quite... Really nice!

the rooms are very cozy and cleaned,
the price is fine and the staff is great!

Never seen such a lovely B&B! Very cute and cosy.
Good location near Termini, lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood.
You can take coffee, juice, cornflakes and bread whenever you want.
We had twin room, the bathroom was not in the room itself but that was not bothering us at all.
Very good beds.
There is also a small bar with maps of Roma and books, it felt like we had our own little appartment in Roma, not just a room.
I'd defenetly recommend this to everyone. Besides it is good it is also very cheap, so very good value.

The B & B is furnished with good artistic taste. The room is cozy. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. One thing that sets it apart is the willingness of the owners, very friendly and kind. I hope to return there.
