My Family and I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The Hotel is located about 100yds from the Termini station, making it easy to get anywhere in Rome. The Hotel was clean, and the rooms were very nice. A Coupon was provided for breakfast each day at a neighborhood cafe/bar. Breakfast consisted of a Pastry and a Drink (coffee/Juice). That was plenty for us.
The owner is a VERY pleasant older gentleman who obviously takes great pride in his business. He gave us Maps of the city and even drew on the maps special points of interest we were not to miss while in Rome. He even gave us tips to avoid the Pickpockets, which we already knew but appreciated just the same.
I actually foiled a Pickpocket attempt on another person at the Big market they have on Sundays, The crook saw me watching her and stopped trying to get the lady's bag open, but stayed close, until my wife informed the lady that her bag was open, at that point the Pickpocket dissappeared(Short, Blonde gypsy looking girl about 20) So watch your bags, I'm sure many more succeed then get caught.
The owner spoke enough English for us to understand him so the language barrier is no problem.
He even was nice enough to give my youngest son a Hat as a souvenir when we were on our way out the door.
I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Rome. The neighborhood around the train station is filled with good restaurants, everything from Indian, Italian, Chinese, Ethiopian and plenty of cafes and bars. The area around the train station gets a little shady at night, with all the street people so just remain aware of your surroundings and you will be fine.
