We turned up on the first night but nobody answered the door so we had to stay somewhere else. The staff was really rude he told us off for pressing the bell on the first day when we arrived and I have seen the cleaner shouting at one of the customers. The mattress has colasped, the blanket is dirty, the bathroom is filthy and there is never Hot water for shower. We booked a room for 6 people but on the last day when we got back to the hostel there was an extra bed in our room. No secruity, no locker, no locks on doors everybody can walk into your room. We had to pay 10 Euro for a Key.
