First off, the design of this hotel is to my liking, its clinical and clean. The rooms are well equiped and come with Internet and Sky TV, the bed is comfortable and you get free soft drinks and water from the minibar.

On the flipside, the hotel has little or no facilities. You get breakfast (which is fine) but theres no restaurant or bar, there are no ironing facilities available and theres not much choice in the adjacent area in terms of eating out or entertainment. Its fine for a night or two, bring a travel iron if you packed a load of shirts into a suitcase like me!

The sports centre / pool are seperate to the hotel, you have access to all of the facilities if you so desire. Going into the city requires a bit of work, get the 788 bus outside the hotel, its a 10 minute ride to the blue line metro which brings you straight into Termini station.

Outside of the hotel, take a left, theres a Chinese restaurent and a pub (The Kite) after the petrol station, both are OK. For excellent pizza, head up the road a bit further to the Tentazioni pizzeria, its probably the best choice in terms of food in the area.

I stayed here on business and checked out after 1 night - it's awful, like staying in a sports club.
No bar.

It's location is Ok if you have business in the Eur area ... otherwise it's location is not good.

This hotel is very good and is connected with an excellent swimming pool.
Guests have free access to the swimming pool (and gym and other that I haven't tried).
It is not a "fake" swimming pool, it is one in which you can really swim and I appreciated it really much during my stays there.

Staff is kind and helpful.

Our luggage did not make the plane. We had to wait 4 hours outside to hotel for delivery (of a very short stay) because there is no one at this B & B in the afternoon (except for arrivals.) We stayed in the Senate Room. The lock to that room and the outside door was very finicky. The manager went to great lengths to demonstrate the "trick" to opening. We never got it and it is very annoying to struggle with a door every time. Breakfast is okay. The manager was helpful so long as it did not involve his staying at the place a minute longer than required. The location is terrific though. I love the Piazza Navona.
