“Atlante Star and B&B - Excellent !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 November 2011

It was an excellent stay at B&B Atlantic star: The rooms very clean, not noisy and the breakfast on the roof garden at Atlante was superbe! We will stay again (7 people) there in February next year !.
Near to the vatican and the city (Piazza Navona, Pantheon etc.).
Very friedly welcome at the hotel. We enjoyed it and look foreward to February. Thank you, Roberta !

Room Tip: B&B Maison Royale belonging to Atlante Star !

“Bed & Breakfast”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 November 2011

Other than the location which is 5 min walk to the Basilica of St Peter , I will not endorse the place. The toilet wont flush , the personnel at the Atlante Star ( Alex ) when we were booking our transfer from Rome to FCO was charging my sister 60 euro while prior to that in the morning when I made my oun booking with Mateo , the charge was for 50 euro only for my sister who was leaving at 4 AM , Mateo told us I have till midnight to book . Then , when my sister requested Alex to call a cab co. a friend had recommended her , Alex was chargingh er 5 euro to make the call . Please do yourseves a favor stay out of this hotel and BnB.

“4 star service for b&b price”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 August 2011 via mobile

We had two rooms, one double and the other a large quadruple room, that had a common door. The service and the breakfast are at the hotel next door and are of wonderful value. The only trick is that you have to unlock 3 doors to get to your room, but the rest feels like 4* hotel. Our rooms were not noisy, the air conditioning was good and we had plenty of warm water. If you're a large group or family and on budget this is a great choise. There's a supermarket with delicatessen around the corner, bars and bus stops close. Very close to Vatican and walking distance from most attractions.

“This is the third time our family has used this hotel group”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 August 2011

We used the Orange Garden B&B which was well placed for sightseeing on foot. The rooms were clean and well furnished. We were pleased we could use the hotel next door for breakfast. The view of the Vatican was spectacular from the 6th floor reataurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only critisism was that there was no tea and coffeee making facilities in the room although there was a small fridge which acted as a minibar with a limited selection of drinks. When we stayed the air conditioning in one of our rooms wasn't fully effective, but having said that it was 37 degrees in Rome that day.
We would definately recommend the B&B as a well priced well ,placed place to stay in Rome.

“Excellent value and location.”

A clean, quiet room with all you need for a comfortable, economical stay in Rome. Best of all is the buffet breakfast that's included, and served in the adjacent Hotel Atlante's rooftop restaurant. Its offerings are varied and satisfying--great pastries, very good coffee, decent cheese, cold cuts, fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, cold cereals--served in sumptuous surroundings with a view that encompasses nearby St Peter's and the Vatican, the umbrella pines of the Gianicolo, and the generally Fellini-esque vista of terracotta, palms, tiled roofs, golden domes and satelite dishes that is the spirit of Roma. We'd stay here again, in a blink. The only drawback is that the room and the larger suite in which the B&B is housed lack telephones, and the main door has a very tricky lock. On one occasion it took a LONG time to open it and get out; long enough to panic and consider alternative ways to exit. Tying bedsheets together and rapelling down to the silent courtyard below? No trip to Italy is complete without a tiny bit of craziness, I guess.

Room Tip: Book well in advance
