I booked the room via Priceline, so perhaps I'm biased by the fact that I paid 50 Eur a night during the weekend. In addition to liking a bargain, when paying that rate in Rome my expectations were low: a clean place to sleep.
While the rooms are small and basic in furnishing, they are adequate and functional. It's near the Termini station, which depending on your point of view could be a good location or a mediocre one. Regardless, there was little to no street noise and I slept well as a result.
It's a "pensione" with shared bathroom. If that bothers you, you won't enjoy the stay.
The least-good part of the stay was the breakfast. It was really low quality. One would get more pleasure skipping it an heading to a good caffe for one's morning nosh and a good coffee. But, if you're just looking for calories, then, yes, this place offers "food".
Staff is super friendly, helpful, nice and efficient. Really first rate.
Bonus is the roof deck. No view particularly, but a great place to soak up some rays and chill.
