Arrived at this accommodation and was shown to a flat within a very un kept block of flats. The person who received us was unable to open the gate to the floor so the only access was via the lift!!, later I found the key. The flat was on two floors and we had booked both rooms so had it to ourselves. The place was clean but very tired. One of the showers was really bad and fortunately was able to use our roommates. As for breakfast, this was set out in the morning for the next day and consisted of a pre packed croissant, a biscuit barrel of French toast (no idea how long they had been there), single individual pot of jam, cereals in jars (again no idea how long they had been there) and some random flavoured juice. The breakfast was supposed to be from 7am - 9am but it was set on the table each day when the rooms were cleaned so you could eat for supper if you dared. There were no smoke alarms or indication of how to get out in the event of a fire.
Location wise its around 2 miles room the sites and there is a tram link 5 minutes away. seemed like a student area so a few bars, shops and restaurants which were all good.
If on a really tight budget and happy with very basic accommodation then this is for you.
