“good location, small BR, a/c broken”

The room was pretty, but the shower was tiny-i kept bumping into the walls while trying to wash. There was a problem with the a/c=it made horrible loud noises and the owner and the tech's were all on vacati0on so it couldn't be fixed-they offered us another room, but it was very small so we stayed int the noisy a/c room and shut the a/c before bed. The girl that worked there was very pleasant, but her english was very limited. The bed was not the most comfy and the bathroom also had no vent or window. The location was good and the place was clean. Breakfast was packaged croissants and rolls, a small amount of coffee, not very impressive. All in all it was just ok, not great, not horrible.

I would not stay there again, I would not reccomend it either

“Worst Ever Experience”

We were very disappointed in our experience at All Opera B & B. After a 28 hour flight from Australia, our chauffeur pick up(which was arranged by the hotel) was not at the airport at the agreed time and when found, we waited whilst other guests were looked for, they had given up and taken a taxi.

On arrival at the hotel we were advised that our room booked was not available for two nights ( given to other guests because of a bedding configuration mixup)but we could have the agreed room for nights 3,4,5.

The room we were given was totally unacceptable;
*So small that the double bed was squeezed against a wall
*We could hear conversation and toilets in the room next door
*Bathroom very small and the worst water pressure we have ever experienced
*We did not experience breakfast

The hotel is well located, but we were very uncomfortable and in fairness to the operator we paid one nights penalty and found alternative accommodation.
