Interesting location - the building is in a 100% Italian residential area which is very refreshing. About a 15 min walk to the nearest metro station. 10 min walk to the colosseum and pantheon. Its on Via licia and if you walk down on via gallia you will find local neighborhood pastry and gelato shops. The cheapest and best gelato I have had in the whole of Italy. 3 scoops of gelato for 1.50 euro and 6 different kinds of cornettos etc for 1.80 euro. In the touristy area one scoop of gelato goes for 3-4 euros. The neighborhood is quite safe - atleast that is what I felt.
Clean rooms and super clean bathrooms.
Breakfast is okay - not much of a spread - bread /butter/jam/yoghurt/fruits and freshly squeezed juice.Valentina who runs the place is quite helpful however she wont go out of her way to help or assist. For 80 euros a night the place was really awesome. Big rooms with a balcony. If you want the bathroom to be pvt then you pay an extra 10 euro for 3 nights and if you want air conditioning its extra 5 euros a night - our bill for 3 nights was 292 euros which I was very happy with. I would definitely recomment people to stay there. There is a convenient store if you go down turn left and then turn lef again - the store sells water, coke, bread, fresh fruits and anything else that you might need to eat or drink.
