Stayed here 3 nights. Left with over 100 bed bug bites covering my arms, ears, and back. My girlfriend had 50 bed bug bites on her back. The bites are big and red, take long to heal, and they itch to the point where you want to scream. The maids don't change your sheets in between nights. Save yourselves from this awful experience and do not stay here. This place ruined our vacation. I'm hoping the bed bugs did not travel home with us in our luggage.

Also, there is no breakfast. The TV was broken. The elevator is really small, old, and scary because it looks like it will get stuck or snap. The place is really dark and you never see anybody. The night staff does not speak English. The bathroom stinks and the floor is always flooded by the bidet.

I have stayed here 3 times and have always been satisfied. The location is perfect for my needs (train station, food and entertainment). The neighbor feels safe, is quiet at night
and there is a little store around the corner where you can buy water and snacks until late.
Most importantly, it is clean. I am not looking for luxury but I like the street view from the window.

I actually found the staff quite friendly overall. Lukas treated me very well when I checked in -- and his command of English was almost like a native! The location is good and convenient. As for the breakfast, I am reading comments from others -- but that's Italian breakfast for you!! They are not big breakfast people like, say, the English of the Americans. For a brief stay it was sufficient for me. I would stay there again when I return to Rome.
