We chose this hotel due to its location, close to the railway station and close to the center. Access from the station is easy, but keep in mind that this is not a normal hotel, it is on the first floor of an ordinary building. The receptionist was very helpful and the room big, clean and nicely decorated. The big advantage was that we practically walked to everything, so that although we just stayed for one night we saw Colloseum, which is pretty close, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna and the Vatican. I got the impression that the neighborhood is what you would expect from one next to a train station, very touristic and of medium quality, but otherwise Rome is magnificent and you will enjoy it anyway.

This was the third time I had stayed in this type of Boutique B&B place in Rome and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. However, I have to say that, equally, it did not stand out in any way. Room was OK, location was very good and staff were helpful. Breakfast, which others have commended as it is served in the room, was pretty ordinary and like the traditional B&B there was nowhere else to sit other than in the bedroom. Finally at €125 per twin room per night it was not exactly cheap. However, it was a perfectly pleasant place to stay for two nights and Rome is an absolutely fabulous city.

I found that the hotel was very central and within easy walking distance to most of the sights, Coliseum five minute walk Spanish Steps were a fifteen minute walk. The staff were very helpful with advice on restaurents and in giving directions, they also got my suits pressed for me in a very quick time.
My room was comfortable a little cramped compared to American standards but fine for Europe, bathroom was roomy and both were spotless. Breakfast was served in the room as there is no restaurent but there are plenty of restaurents/cafes in the area.
I would recomend this hotel to anyone and will stay there again.

We discover the hotel looking for an accomodation near to the city center at a decent rate and the Forus Inn was a pleasant surprise!
The location is excellent (5 minutes walking from Colosseo and 100mt from the subway), our room has been recently refurnished and the staff was really kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good too. My only complain is that our room was a little dark and very small, so it's ok only if you need a place to sleep after a long day visiting the city!
