We have just returned from a brilliant stay in Rome. Eva's Rooms is a charming hotel in a great location just a short distance from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain and within easy walking distances of Rome's many other tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable with beautiful fresco ceilings. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage on our last day as our flight was in the evening. We were asked what time we would like our breakast and this was served to our room on a tray and consisted of coffee (you could also have tea or chocolate), fresh orange juice, croissant with butter jam and marmalade and biscuits. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and family and we are already looking to return in September.
One word of warning to other travellers. Although we had read in several reviews before we left that pickpockets were in abundance we were still nearly victims as on our return to the Termini the bus was absolutely packed with everybody squashed together the two zips on my mother's bag had been opened and her gloves were stolen and they had opened the pocket on my husband's coat but luckily nothing was in there.

We where stayed at eva's rooms (absolutely not a hotel) during november 2001.

Very simple with no breakfast. the send you across the street for a coffe and Croissant.

The building is under reconditioning so we where an able to open our window.

THE LOCATION IS THE BESt, just between the Fontana di Trevi and Piazza di Spagna.

“Enjoyed Our Stay”

The staff was very kind and helpful. The fresco on the ceiling above the bed was beautiful and it was very clean. It was just like staying with friends. It is close to the Spanish Steps and wonderful restaurants and shopping. It is very close to the Metro station which made it very convenient. I would stay at this B&B again.

Lovely accommodation in perfect location:. Evas Rooms is centrally located near the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, and within walking distance of several of Romes famous sights. This Hotel is full of character and rooms are exactly as in photos, bathroom spotless, and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in a nearby Cafe but this was not in any way an inconvenience. The area has loads of lovely restauarants and is very safe at night. Highly recommended and would go back again.

'Eve's rooms' B + B is situated so close to the Spanish steps. We walked to them in 5 mins. Very close to Metro, but we walked to most places. We had a very large bedroom & bathroom. Very clean.
