We booked this place because it was looked clean, was central, and next to a metro stop. After checking in we were tahken by van about 1/2 mile to a building on a side street. 2nd floor in an industrial building. The phone did not work, the bathroom was dirty as was the room. The bed was uncomfortable and the next morning while sitting on it one of the support slats broke and the mattress sank. We walked back to the office and asked for another room. There were none. We checked out and found a lovely hotel 2 bloks from the Vatican. On retruning home we found the hotel had charged our CC for 3 additional nites. After an extended fight we were not able to recover the costs.

STAY AWAY!!!

We booked the so called hotel thru internet and it was advertised as 3 stars. It is not, it is not even an hotel but a rental apartments... strange place. They took as to a "place" next door, tiny room and dirty bathroom.As soon as we saw the place we did not stay and left immediately. There are no reason to stay there, plenty of alternative in Rome.

Even though we booked months in advance, we received a call less than 1 hour before leaving for the airport to fly to Rome telling us that this hotel just cancelled our reservation. The hotel offered no assistance or suggestions for last-minute alternate hotel, leaving us scrambling at the airport for a place to stay.

The photos of the hotel are very misleading, dont stay here.
