This hotel is located close to Termini station, so there's very easy access to the train system (and therefore the airport and also the wonderful train to Venice). Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and having a big breakfast in bed was wonderful. Joseph in particular was very knd and helpful, even though we arrived at 2am after a delayed flight.

When we arrived here we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was very helpful, he gave us maps told us what we can do etc.
The man they had on at night was quite strange and basically we did our best to avoid him.

The room was fine, the free internet was great and there were quite a few restaurants and bars around so you didnt have to go to far to find some food.

One problem we had was that we discovered some alcohol we had brought was missing from our bag after we had left. Of course we cant be 100 % sure that it was taken but it is now gone and I always make a point of checking around our room to make sure we havent left anything before we check out.

Perfect location, especially when there is transport strikes every other week.

Also, for younger couples, the yellow hostel & bar across the road was great to have a drink and chat to people. (our hotel was cheaper than the hostel).

Overall, a real oasis and refuge when travelling for a long time.

The staff at this hotel were so lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast is very large and brought to your room and at convenient time. When we arrived we were given a map on Rome and sound advice for our stay about purchasing a Rome pass and whereabouts all the attractions were. Although the rome was quite basic it had all you needed for an excellent stay. We will definitely stay again.
