5 blocks away from Roma Termini. And very easy to find even by night. We were helped throughout our stay by Giuseppe, an elderly gentleman at the reception who greeted us with gusto every morning and evening and told us some wonderful stories about Rome and The Vatican City. Ask him to tell you the one about Michelangelo and the Pope when he was painting the Sistine Chapel if you have the time.
Air con wasn't an issue with us as we stayed in Autumn bordering on Winter. The noise from the street can be a little loud at times unless you keep your windows closed..oh, and don't expect much of a view. Decent bathroom. I especially loved the literature available in the hotel if you want some night-reading and they always left us boiled sweets in the room. Those little touches went a long way in winning me over. Lots of restaurants pave the way to Roma Termini, so dining shouldn't be an issue. Security highly rated. And I can hardly praise the service more. Highly recommended!
