The first impression (nice & modern building) is the one and only good point about this place, apart from its central location (easy to move within Rome). Then you realize that pictures presenting the place are misleading : it's not that design and modern and would deserve a refreshment of furniture; but more than anything towels and sheets! On top of this, the bathtub and the sink are really very close from the bed; and when you sell a room for 3, they should tell you that there is no real bathroom, but shower/bathtub in the room! It is dirty and bad smells (and dark water) come out from the bathtub. Noise from the street, but worse from the trains until late in the night and very early in the morning, do not let you sleep well, furthermore when the heating system does not work well and you freeze at night in autumn ... what shall it be in winter? last but not least, the food left for "breakfast" is not worth this wording and the space for breakfast is dirty and boiling stuff doesn't work. So finally, I left with my 2 children after the first night, losing the 2nd night, but I really could not stand it anymore. As you can read from this, really a place to avoid in Roma, unless you don't care about privacy, cleanliness & noise.

This was the BEST place we stayed while we were in Europe. These suites are the whole package; the rooms were lovely, everything was clean and the service was outstanding! We would recommend to everyone and would definitley stay again. Many thanks to the AWESOME staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

We didn't realise it was such a small place (which then explained the lack of 24 hour reception and full breakfast service), but the room was beautiful, great standard and the bathroom was excellent.
The receptionist on two of the days we were there (Daniel) was a really great help to get us to a concert we were seeing one evening, buying train and plane tickets, recommending restaurants etc, so thanks a lot Daniel!
Although there was no breakfast included, the price was still a bit high, although I guess that's Rome. But at least they offered some toast, jam, butter, tea and coffee all day, which was nice.
The location was great for us as we needed to be close to Termini, but to move around the city you definitely need to use metro and bus.
Great place to stay and would probably repeat.

Very good location. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean.
Pizzeria Santi next door was really good.
