The apartment was very basic but this is reflected in the price. It is very convenient for getting into town and for the train staion (but not actually in the nasty area of the train station). The photos of the Via Umberto Biancamano apartment does not match any of the photos on the website, so beware.
The staff were very friendly.
You need to ensure you have the cash to pay for your stay on arrival - this was not made clear to us. Also, it is situated next to a bar that is open until the early hours of the morning and, while not noisy in itself, the smokers who stand outside were very loud.
