It has a realy good location, however, this is the only advantage.
Rooms sucks, no hot water. Management team are helpful but limited with facilities

Hard to find, it was underconstruction so thats why it was only $105AU a night. The room itself was gorgeous as we upgraded to a suite. the rest of the building was underconstruction and the lift didn't go to all levels.
when arrived at 930pm the man said he had been waiting for us all day, when we booked we had said we'd be there at 9pm, and we would have had we been looking for a place underconstruction. then he said we needed to pay when we already had. it was all fixed up in a timely manner though.
very close to colosseum. supermarket across the road. termini (main station) 2 minute walk. it will definitely be very expensive once renovation is completed.
