We only stayed here over night as we had to catch the train early the next morning... The staff weren't overly friendly and we were taken from the reception to down another corridor up a lift to our room. It wasn't dirty it, but it wasn't very nice, the bed was hard - although a lot of beds in Italy are hard... The area did feel quite unsafe - I wouldn't have wanted to stay there longer than 1 night - I think breakfast was included but we weren't told where to go to get it and we just wanted to leave in the morning any way. I wouldn't staty there again.

Hotel was awful,very rude stuff,extremely dirty room with terrible smell,the mirror was broken and the stuff replied "yes but you can see yourself".
You must avoid this hotel even if its your last choice.

The breakfast which was supposed to be included in the rate was just a coffee or juice and a croissant in a travel cafe up the road !!! Every movement was monitored on a close circuit Tv which made us feel very uncomfortable as I think they monitored the inside of the rooms as well

I stayed in this hotel because is near fron Roma Termini. This is the only advantage. The price is high for what the hotel offers. The floor was so dirty that my feet could get black after a few minutes walking on it. There was no hot water in the shower during the day, only at night. The street is noisy. The attendant was not very polite I noticed early, and later I saw him bitting (strongly) a little child in the reception. When my check out time came at 12h, I was on the shower (cold water) and the maid started to hit my door for minutes until I screamed for her to wait for just ten minutes. I didn´t like it, not at all.
