This place was really a bad experience:

-Bad location: The first issue is how to get there... According to the website the B& B is easily reachable by bus… Well not really the case. First: buses are not so frequent especially on Sunday, so you are lucky to get a bus in the first place!!! then once on the bus it is really difficult to recognize the bus stop as all the buildings in the area look alike… finally you will still have to walk from the bus stop to the B&B without getting lost as it is really difficult to get there!!! We had to ask at least 5 people after getting off the bus before finding the place!!!
-Poor client service: After this nightmare to find the place you would at least expect to be warmly welcome… Well again not the case… The reception always shouted at us for any possible reason (they said we arrived too late, shouldn’t put the light or TV on, or use internet). The worst treatment of clients ever…
-No wellness: The wellness was the reason why we booked this hotel and it was out of order (technical problem)… and of course no discount for that…
-Other: credit card not accepted ( technical problem again! what a coincidence…), and no possibility to get clean towels and bed sheets…

I had a very horrible experience with this people! Location is horrible (I am from Rome originally and I know the city!) On the phone and online they say 10 minutes from teh Coloseum...it is absolutly not true! I drove at list 20 minutes to get there. Also I specifically asked if was a nice place or simple one just to have an idea and I have been told that was yes a B&B but elegant in its feutures...The place is a VERY SIMPLE B&B into a kind of council bulding in a dodgy subburb of Rome. Once there I was not happy because on the phone and online they sell something different! So I complained and the owner himself told me that I could go and assured me he will not use my card since I never stayed and I didn't cancel at all I just never ment to buy such a service so far from Rome in the first palce! After 10 days I found a charge of 65 euro!!!! Be careful some italians can be very dishonest!!! I feel ashamed sometimes for my own people behaviour!!! Francesca
