The hotel Incanto Romano bed&breakfast was absolutely horrible. The bathroom was covered with black mold and the room itself was moist and smelled of mold. The rooms were very loud and occupied with moslims who had there prayersongs on all the time. It was like living in a mosque and where confronted with that a lot. Horrible, please do not send your guest there anymore. We had to pay cash and upfront so there was not a possibility to leave after a day, as we already payed in full. We had to pick up the keys in a restaurant as they do not have a front desk. Absoluut dissaster

We spent some time at Incanto romano a few years ago. The rooms were great. This has become our "place" in Roma. It is in a great area and close to the Termini. I am high maintenance, and this place met my expectations and exceeded them!
Another nice thing, when you leave there, you will have a new friend, Alex

I have just returned from Rome, where I spent 4 nights at the Incanto Romano B&B. Alex (the owner) was really lovely and provided us with maps of the city on arrival and his contact details in case we lost our way! The room was lovely, clean and surprisingly spacious for central Rome and the bathroom was just across the hall from us.

The breakfast setup was great - we just got up helped ourselves and were on our way. There's always plenty of cereal, bread, milk and juice available and the kitchen was always nice and tidy.

The accommodation is literally a 2 minute walk from the main Termini station which meant we could just hop on the metro to go out in the evenings and all the main tour buses stop there too.

Genuinely can't fault the place and would definitely stay there again!

I have been in this bb for the week-end and we really were verry happy with all services that they offer in this place cause the room was verry large dailly cleaned with ac lcd tv satelitte chanels..... They have also a kitchen open 24ours so that you can have a nice cold drink any time you want or make a coffee or tee
