We were very disappointed in our experience. After a 28 hour flight from Australia, our chauffeur pick up( arranged by the hotel) was not at the airport at the agreed time and when found, we waited whilst other guests were looked for, they had given up and taken a taxi.
On arrival at the hotel we were advised that our room booked was not available for two nights ( given to other guests because of a bedding configuration mixup)but we could have the agreed room for nights 3,4,5.
The room we were given was totally unacceptable;
*So small that the double bed was squeezed against a wall
*We could hear conversation and toilets in the room next door
*Bathroom very small and the worst water pressure we have ever experienced
*We did not experience breakfast as this would have no doubt been unsuitable was well.
The hotel is well located, but we were very uncomfortable and in fairness to the operator we paid one nights penalty and found alternative accommodation.
For the record, we are very understanding of hotels as we have travelled the world extensively and stayed in many places and occassionally one does not meet up to expectations but never this bad.
Do yourself a favour and don't spoil your trip don't stay here.
