The hotel room was extreamly small. The heat system was out of order. It didnt work , it was quite cold in the room we slept with our clothes on to keep warm.
We left hotel 3 days before planned because hotel was not what we expected.
Seems like staff had no clue of our reservation. it took 3 staff members 10 minutes before they gave oss the right price. we payed them with our credit card PLZ CHECK BEFORE YOU PAY. BECAUSE THEY CHARGED US DOBBLE. WE PAYED 308 EURO FIRST NIGHT WE WERE THERE. AND THEY CHARGED US 324 EUROS WHEN WE LEFT HOTEL. 16 EURO WAS CITY TAX. THEY TRANSECTED 324 FROM OUR BANK ACCOUNT. SO DONT PAY MONEY IF YOU ALREADY PAID. AND BE CAREFULL WITH WHAT YOU SIGN ON THE BILL.
NOW WE ARE TRYING TO GET OUR MONEY BACK THOUGH BANK AND BOOKING.COM.

from this hotel all the major sights are within walking distance.hotel is very clean and the rooms are quite spacious,for what we paid we got a bargain for the location it was in was brilliant

A Little tucked away but a great spot to Stay. Very reasonable, small but clean rooms. A little old fashioned but a very central place for access to many of Romes sites. We were 10 to 15 minute walk to basilica and Spanish Steps. Very helpful staff on Reception. Stunning doors at entrance to accommodation.

A bit apprehensive having read reviews previously but have to say that for the money paid, this was a very clean and comfortable hotel in great location for Vatican and city centre attractions. Bed linen changed daily. Only 100 metres or so way from river. Only adverse comment would be towards lack of tea/coffee making facilities but we took travel kettle with us. Would have no hesitation in booking again.
