We paid €90 per night for a clean en-suite room here, which is pretty good value for a hotel in Rome. The room included a TV though only with Italian and Chinese channels. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk from Termini station, making it easily accessible by metro and bus services, including night-buses.
The hotel is in a private apartment block where reception need to buzz you in through two separate locked doors. It is run by Chinese people, and we found them to be very freindly and helpful, although the overnight shift person spoke very little, and was quite slow buzzing us in
The breakfast was poor - iced croissants and crackers. No cereal, cheese, eggs etc. Nice coffee though!
Keep your wits about you in Termini - it is renowned for its pickpockets.
