“The hotel is ok”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 March 2011

It is not one of the best hotels but it has a good location. The hotel is situated very near to Termini station. The rooms are with average size, they are clean and there is everything you might need. However, the bathroom is quite small.
We were disappointed of the breakfast. There is bread, jam, butter, cereals, coffee, milk and tea. No fruits or cheese and ham.
The staff isn't very friendly but they are helpful when there is a problem.

“Excelent!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 September 2010

We found the hotel here at tripadvisor and booked through booking.com. We booked for 3 days in agoust 3 double rooms for 270 € each. Very good value for money really!!

The hotel is wonderful, big rooms, bathroom, modern TVs. The hotel has a very good location, 3 streets from Termini Station and near of everything in a short walk. The breakfast-buffet was excelent with a lot of orange-juice, coffee, tea, chocolate and a lot of buiscuits too.

The hotel has free wifi service but you have to ask a code at reception-desk.

Definetely a hotel where I will go if I visit Rome again.

“Good family owned Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 August 2010

This hotel is a family runned business very close to the train/bus station. Our room was VERY clean and tidy. We had a huge room including one double bed and two twins. It was only 65 Euro. Included breakfast (continental). It wasn't anything spectacular but what do you expect for a free breakfast at only 65 Euro a night. It was crowded and may have to share a table but they try their best to accommodate everyone. I had a rough night sleeping due to loud traffic outside and too hot to close the windows (no A/C) but when we told the man (I think he owns this place) at the front desk...he got us a fan and brought it to our room himself. We REALLY appreciated that he did that for us. They remembered our room # and name which was a nice jesture. It's walking distance to the some attractions and close to the "hop on and off bus". Close to many restaurants and laundry mat is across the street.
Definitely worth your money if you are looking at a decent 2-3 star hotel.

“Friendly, Great Location and Value for Money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 October 2009

Free Wifi and location to Central Staion attracted me first.Management and Proprietor were very considerate on a mix up about booking. Its better than its 2 star rating and lots of rooms refurbished. They are currently doing the outside.Only critique is limited breakfast,no cheese included!
