I just can say that I was woke up by a drop of water falling on my face...it was raining during the night and the water was falling down the walls..it was all wet inside...there was a big puddle under the bed...Our floor was partialy closed and seemd that it was about to collapse...the roof..there was just something what used to be a roof in the past I think....the room was dirty...dust everywhere and a mould in the bathroom...I was afraid of touching anything..my friend got a seroius skin ilness after our stay there..I was not able to talk to the boss and neither to see the security and sanitary permisions .JUST NEVER GO THERE!!

Luckily enough I had to stay only one night in this horrible hotel.
Though the location is very convenient (close to Termini train station), it is really not worth going here. The hotel is very dirty and the room I stayed in was in very poor conditions.

this hotel is in a excellent location and is extremely cheap,friendly staff and breakfast was free.air conditioned rooms help you escape the insane heat of rome and its location next to the train station help it become a handy one. if you are backpacking around europe it is excemptionly recommended to come here.everything here is excellent for a cheap traveller just looking for a bbed for the night,thumbs up

i was in rome in the low season, not many tourist in november; this hotel gave me double room for single person, price 40 euro. during 4 days i found 1 ant, and no remote control for the tv. roomnumber 306 is really big space but with smal bathroom.
did not try the breakfast because i like sleeping.
