Hotel Della Donciliazione is located near the Vaticano and the location is good. You just have to cross a bridge and you're in Vittorio Emanuele Street, Navona Square, Trastevere and Campo dei Fiori. The area is also nice because is quite and the quartier old style.
The hotel is nothing special, the breakfast is poor and the cost higher than the service (but Rome is very expensive!). The room was not so clean and the bathroom old. If you want to go there my advice is to take a B&B for the same price, that's more nice.
