To start off, be aware that this hotel is located in a sketchy part of town near the "Termini" which is the train station. So if you are considering booking any hotel in this area its probably not going to be great. The lobby is located on the second floor of the hotel. The room my friend and I booked was supposed to have two twin beds, however we entered the room to see a queen bed and what looked to be a twin size bed. We then opened the windows and our room looked out into the back of a large, rundown apartment complex. I recommend not even opening the blinds if your room is on the back side of the building. At night it gets loud (again I can only speak from living in a room on the back side of the building) and in the morning you can hear just about anything move outside or above your room. The shower did not drain well and sometimes flooded although that tends to be the case around much of Europe. Also, there is no internet available in our room although there was an internet cafe around the block. The man at the front desk was pretty helpful for the most part and the hotel was in a good overall location, in terms of proximity to metro station and the coliseum. The staff at the hotel also allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel while we went sightseeing given our flight wasn't unti 9 P.M. There was always someone at the front desk as well which made us feel safe about leaving our room for long periods of time. This hotel was nice but I feel like there are better hotels out there that can offer better amentities. However, this is a good hotel for the amount we paid.
