I stayed for 3 nights and I loved it. The room and the bathroom were spacious and very clean. Also, I liked the room with the golden walls and the red bed spread which provided a room pleasant atmosphere. Also, the stuff was nice and the breakfast was copious. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood. The Termini station is at few streets from the hotel.

We booked 4-bed family room in Hotel Galles and it appearsPrince Galles is another property owned and operated by Hotel Galles. After checking-in they guide you to walk around the street to your room in Prince Galles. There is no checkin desk at the entry and just a lobby person for security reasons. The room is huge with a mezzanine deck within the room. Room is entirely covered dark-red wall covering, same color as the window drapes and bedding. We had a tall, hugh window to both street side and as well a courtyeard filled with trees. What a fine setting. We thoroughly, enjoyed, refreshed with all the luxury and bey happy with the room. You got to walk all the way back (2-3 mins) for Hotel Galles for breakfast everyday - not a big deal. 10 mins walk from Termini station and noise free street.

Great hotel and we had a great stay.

We actually booked hotel Galles round the corner and they have assigned us a room here. The room was spacious. Clean bathroom except the water flow was too slow. It's just 3 min walk to termini where you find most bus routes and metro. There's a very nice Italian restaurant in the neighborhood called Nazzareno. Their mussels were superb and price was surprisingly cheap.

At first, when you enter the hotel, the stairs and the elevator are kind of unwelcoming but the rooms and bathrooms were good. The rooms are spacious, they are two floors, two beds in each floor. Though the room we stayed in had dark red walls, which made the room seem gloomy, I was quite happy with the accommodation especially after a day of touring. Though we had to walk about three minutes to the breakfast area, it was a simple but okay breakfast. The bathrooms were clean, however, there was no place to place your towels near the shower, but no big deal. Overall, I would go back again. Also, the lobby guy was kinda scary but he's actually nice. Also, there's a restaurant just across with excellent Italian food for affordable prices. It's about a 7 minute walk to Roma Termini, the main train station and it's really convenient since it's a good place to start from to go to different places in Italy. Good place, I recommend it.
