Anna Rosa's B&B is only blocks from the Termini Station, making it a convenient place to stay. We saw the owner only twice and she is very pleasant. The housekeeper prepared breakfast daily, no matter what time we got up. The floors are all marble, otherwise nothing fancy. We were within walking distance of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. The neighborhood is a bit shady but we had no trouble at all walking back to the B&B at any time. There are a few neighborhood restaurants that were actually better than the more expensive ones in the Spanish Steps area. Overall, I would stay there again when in Rome.
