“Budget Hotel in the heart of Rome”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 January 2011

This hotel is nothing fancy, but it has everything you need if you're visiting Rome for site-seeing. It's located in the center of the most sites you're going to visit, within walking distance (except the Vatican). It's surprisingly clean and the staff is very helpful. On the other hand, the rooms are not very large and there isn't any interesting view from the windows. But that's the point, you don't need it because you'll be out all day going from site to site, at least that's what we did.
Cost in winter time is about 90 Dollars for a double room.

“Great location”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 November 2005

Smallish but adequate room with large, new bathroom. Close to the Spanish Steps and a nice stroll to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon etc. The Forum was about 20 min walk away also. It overlooked a dark alleyway but we just wanted a base for sleeping and showering so that didn't matter. The main thing is that it was very clean and the beds were comfortable and the price was reasonable.

Great location, very close to Spanish Steps. This hotel is quite basic, but adequate and clean. A good starting point for visiting this wonderful city.
