The hotel was good, nothing amazing but not bad. Staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant was good but expensive. Breakfast was provided free each morning and there was a good variety.
To actually get into the center of Rome is a bit of a trek. The nearest train station is Tiburtina. When looking at a map it seemed like it wasn't too far of a walk but as two young women we really didn't feel safe the moment we stepped out of our hotel onto the street. We opted for taking the bus to Tiburtina as the bus station was right across (a pretty busy and hard to cross) street. The bus was packed full but it was an okay way to get there.
If you want to feel a bit safer and closer to the action I don't recommend staying here. If you're okay with have to take a little transportation and want the cheaper price its okay.
