Stayed here one night at the beginning of November. B&B is in a good location three blocks from the train station. Room was nice and spacious. Host was pleasnt and helpful. She allowed us to check in around 10 am since we arrived early that morning. Wi-fi worked pretty well in a our room. Only real negatives are that the breakfast is real basic and there is only one bathroom with toilet to share for I think 4 maybe 5 rooms. The breakfast only consisted of an apple, a pack of crackers, and biscuit with chocolate inside as well as coffee or tea. I expected a little more. Although the area is good for being in close proximity to the train station the crowd that is present in this area is a little shady with homeless people sleeping on the streets and people trying to sell you stuff quite often which unfortunately is pretty typical close to train stations. Other than these slight negatives I would recommend it for a night or two.

Isa was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed plus details about the city and sightseeing. Wonderful people. I stayed in the double room, which was very large and very clean. The bathroom was shared, but very clean. Location of the B&B is also very convenient, close to the main train station Termini and only 10 minutes or so from the main sights. The area is also safe, there is a policestation next to the B&B. I would certainly recommend this B&B to everybody.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful time. Easy walk to the Termini (where you can catch public transport to anywhere in the city). It was a much more personal experience than staying in a hotel would have been, and we would definitely stay here again. Isa was so helpful and welcoming. Sharing a bathroom was never a problem, and the bathroom was absolutely spotless our entire visit. I'm not sure if you could find a better place for the money. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of July. This lovely B&B was perfect for our stay in Rome. Location is perfect, less than 5 mins walk from the main train and bus stations. An easy stroll to many major sights such as Colosseum. There are some nice restaurants around and we had no trouble finding food whenever we wanted it. The neighbourhood is very safe. We walked back after 10PM every day. The room is beautifully decorated, spacious, and with all the basic conveniences you would need. Isa, the owner, was very welcoming and friendly, and a tremendous help to us. At a room rate of 85 euro, we got the best bang for our dollars in this expensive city. The only thing is that we wish we could have stayed longer.
