We stayed at Ted's for 5 nights and found the accomodations to be more than adequate. Our room was large, airy, clean and we had a large enough bathroom with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was brought to our room at the time we chose and was your basic European breakfast of cappucino, croissant and fruit juice. The location was excellent, within walking distance of most of Rome's attractions and only a few block from Rome's metro. Ted was hospitable and helpful with information and transportation when needed. We look forward to staying there again and are in the process of referring some friends there.....Caterina Refice

We stayed at Ted's Vatican B&B in Rome for two days in September. We were placed there due to an overbooking at another B&B that we were to stay at. Ted's is located in an apartment complex close to the Castle of Angels which was a decent location. The room we stayed in was very small even for European standards. There was no AC so we had to keep a window open all night. The building was next to a noisy street and a dumpster that was emptied multiple times a night. We had to share the bathroom with another room. We didn't have the breakfast but it wasn't much from what we could tell. For 80 Euro a night, I didn't expect much but this fell below my expectations. I wouldn't stay there again.
