Studio very good size with large balcony overlooking adjacent gardens. Kitchenvery well stocked and cooking utensils etc. clean . Although BBc world News available - would be a little extra if there was another English speaking channel available on the TV.
staff very helpful and knowledgable. Easy to reach Rome centre. Be aware of parking car in road - we had ours broken into a items stolen!! Even though right next to CCTV camera!

“Friendly and knowledgable staff”

Front desk staff were able to provide lots of useful information ranging from where to purchase food, how to get around and good sights. The room that we stayed in was quite good even though it clearly needed some maintenance attention to the bathroom and kitchenette.

“Nice hotel”

We stayed in a family room with kitchen, maybe we were spoilt by some of the places we stayed elsewhere in Italy but it was just an ever so slight disappointment.

Staff were helpful and polite. Rooms were clean if a little tired looking with a nice view of the pool, which unfortunately unknown to us had shut from the end of September for the Winter.

Location was as we expected but in hindsight with all the walking to be done whilst sightseeing a slightly better location would have been nice, but easier said than done on a budget in Rome and having said that the bus stops were only 5 minutes walk away.

“Sleep quality”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 November 2011

The matraces are too soft to provide good sleep. The covers are not made of natural materials which leads to all night sweatting. The smell from the bathroom showed that the canalization is not properly separated by the water traps. The drainage from the basin and from the shower was bad and water was staying without adequate drainage.

“Horrible service at good location”

We stayed for nine nights. Room was big as was bathroom. The kitchen was adequate as a kitchenette. Location was really good and buses to the center were short rides and easy to catch. Now the bad. The main staff member, Laura was extremely unfriendly and rude rude rude. There was a huge disgusting stain above our bed and we had asked twice to get it cleaned and they didn't. During the 10 days room was cleaned once as we knew but there waa never enough toilet paper. When I phoned front desk for some, they refused to send it up and I hd to go to lobby to get it. The fridge had no ice tray and when we asked front desk for ice they sent us to hotel restaurant. They gave us ice with hesitation and said they won't give it again. When I had phoned for the cost and asked if there was Internet they said it's pay wifi but free wifi in lobby. This was a LIE. Lobby has one computer with Internet for use which was always being used. This is not what wifi is. The staff need to learn the definition of wifi. We finally caved in and bought Internet for our room but the connection was horrible and we were always cut out. What a scam and waste of our 13 euros. Will not recommend it. Won't ever stay again. You can find much better for what adagio charged. Sooo disappointed that Accor is willing to put their name on this awful hotel.
