we stayed here for wedding anniversary and it is in good place to get around rome on the close transportation links, good staff at hotel and made us feel very welcome and helped us with any questions and recomended very good restaurant to us

This is NOT the 4 star hotel that it is written up to be. We would rate it as a 2 star at most. Having been closed for a month for renovations, we were one of the first guests at this hotel. The airconditioning has a preset minimum on it, which left us hot most of the time. The bed was reasonably comfy. The ensuite still had the previous guests empty shampoo containers in the shower and there was NO hot water, so a technician had to be called to fix it. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was not good. Wi-fi is an additional charge and did not work in our room, so we had to sit out in the hallway to get it to work. There is a lift to get you to your appropriate floor. Location was close enough to Termini for us to walk to and from with our luggage and there are a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. David on reception was very polite and helpfull. We will not return to this hotel.

This hotel is overrated and overpriced. It isn't a 4-star quality hotel but an average bed and breaksfast... no more than that. The double room was clean but really small, it came with a safety box that didn't work, the TV was very small too and with few channels, the Internet connection (€ 10/24 hours) run always very low, making impossible to use Skype, and the bathroom ceiling had a bad-looking hole (for ventilation purposes, I guesss). Also, the bedroom didn't come with tea facilities, and the water available in the minifridge came at a very high price.

The breakfast was OK but not a 4-star quality one at any extent.

However, the location was great: close to Termini Station and the city center but in a quiet area. The receptionists were also very helpful.

I would recommend Champagne Garden but don't have great expectations based on what you read on its website. Otherwise, you're going to be disappointed.

I was very lucky to find this hotel, within easy walking distance from the terminal. David at the reception desk was a great help for all things Roman, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I look forward to staying here my next time in Rome...
