The hotel is tiny, but located in a vary good place - halfway between Spagna and Barberini metro stops (e.g. halfway between Piazza di Spagna and Fontana di Trevi), at walking distance from main tourist attractions in Rome.
Rooms are quite cosy, well kept and clean: the bathroom seemed recently refurbished, though it smelled a bit musty (no window).
Furthermore, this hotel has the smallest elevator I've ever seen in my life :-)
Besides this, the staff is very helpful and kind, available h24; breakfast is average.
